Using the build server plugin with Intellij 5.1 XmlRpcServer

Is the build server plugin (available on my TeamCity->My Settings) supposed to work with Intellij 5.1? I downloaded it into my plugins directory and when I restarted Intellij got the following error:

java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/intellij/ide/XmlRpcServer

The build server plugin requires IntelliJ IDEA 6.0.
