Upgrade pricing?

Is it already decided how much JetBrains will charge for upgrade from TeamCity 1.2 to 2.0?

I have bought Idea 6.0 in december (qualifying for a free TeamCity 1.x user license) and
we are just about to buy another license of Idea+TeamCity.
If I buy now will there be a "grace period" of free upgrades to 2.0 that starts only on March, 1st?

We have just started a small project where only me and a colleague will be working and I thought
it a nice opportunity to try and run TeamCity.
