Problem with Maven runner

I have a problem to run maven build on TC build 3811 and 3776. The error message I've got is below:
WARN - nt.runner.GenericProgramRunner - java.io.FileNotFoundException: /vobs/modules/api/pom.xml (Permission denied)
java.lang.RuntimeException: java.io.FileNotFoundException: /vobs/modules/api/pom.xml (Permission denied)
at jetbrains.maven.MavenRunner.prepareForRunning(MavenRunner.java:54)

I have a same maven build configured in TC build 3654. It works just fine.
There is information on my build environment:
- build agent OS: WinXP or Linux RHEL4;
- SUN JDK 1.5.0_10 or SUN JDK 1.5.0_06;
- build configured to be run on dynamic Clearcase view;
- no clearcase VCS settings setted up in a build configuration;
- VCS checkout mode set as "Do not checkout files automatically"

Please advise on the resolution of a problem.

Hello,

Your pom.xml is probably read only. TC build 3811 patches POM files to make
test reporting possible and doesn't handle the read only status
of the files.
Try clearing the read only status of all POM files in your project.
At the end of a build TC rolls back all the changes made.

In future versions we're planning to get rid of this behavior and keep POM
files intact.
