Duplication does not show anything (TC build 4037)

It is clear that TC tries to combine relative and absolute paths which
does not work correctly. Please note that the directory
build-project/apollo2sc/ is where the IPR project file is stored (in VCS
and also where it is checked out in the build agent directory).

What should I change to run duplications correctly? Can the report at
least show the line numbers where the duplication was found?
