Jabber groupchat support

Is there support for sending messages of type 'groupchat' to jabber in TeamCity 2.0? I want my Jabber notifier to post messages to a discussion room rather than address a specific user or users. I can't seem to find this documented anywhere. Is this something I will have to roll up on my own in a custom plugin? (which is totally fine but I wanted to check if it's already been done before I start down that road :)

We do not support groupchat messages. Please file a JIRA request for this
feature.
