TC build agent hanging

I've been having TC 2.0 build agent hang while executing a large test suite using ant/junit. Is this a known issue? Is there a way to debug this?

The last entries in the log file for the hang were

INFO - nt.runner.GenericProgramRunner - Tests run: 1, Failures: 0, Errors: 1, Time elapsed: 388.285 sec
INFO - nt.runner.GenericProgramRunner - Output:
INFO - nt.runner.GenericProgramRunner - Initializing environment...
INFO - nt.runner.GenericProgramRunner -
