[5504] Removing unused CVS Root
I noticed that if create a CVS Root, then detach all projects from it,
it still seems to live, still hits the CVS server periodically, I guess
checking for changes behind the scenes.
I don't see a way to manage all the VCS roots in order to outright
delete one. I guess there's a config file somewhere I could manually hack?

If I click the Administration link, then click the Project name (it's
not clear to me that this is a link, for what it's worth), I'll get an
administrator's view of the project that lists unused VCS roots at the
bottom of the page. Cool.
