TeamCity 3.1 RC, build 6745, is available

TeamCity 3.1 Release Candidate release (build #6745) is ready for download!

This release includes only bug fixes comparing to the previous EAP release.

In a couple of days we will release 3.1 and this is the last chance to try pre-release version and let us know if something unexpectedly stopped to work in your environment. We are in the rounds of final testing now.
