Email template

I'm runing TeamCity Professional Version 3.1.1 (build 6828)

The emails come through fine, but I want to customize them using the email template and maybe a plugin to alter the content.

However, I don't find email-config.xml anywhere in the /teamcity install dir, I don't either find /teamcity/config dir

I found
win32-config.xml
ide-notificator-config.xml
and
email-config.dtd

in \TeamCity\webapps\ROOT\WEB-INF\classes

Is that where I should put my email-config.xml ?
from what I can tell my template doesn't seem to get used by TC when I put it in that location

Thanks,
Orn

Hello,

E-mail templates are configured in TeamCity data directory. Please read more at
http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/TCD3/TeamCityDataDirectory

Ah, yes that's better thanks.

Which leads me to another question, how can I set a TC variable from my nant script so I can pick up the information when the plugin runs.
Would you recommend a system property or something else ?

Thx,

Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no way to obtain properties set in the build script on the server-side
(unless you write own listener on server which monitors incoming build log messages).
In BuildServerListener there is messageReceived event, you may try to output your property in a special
format (via echo task).
The related issue in our tracker is http://jetbrains.net/tracker/issue/TW-4612, you can watch/vote/comment it.
