Eclipse Plugin download URL

I tried to locate the Eclipse plugin download URL according to the TeamCity documentation, but when I copy the link from the Web admin page, I get something like "http://mini:8111/update/eclipse/" (mini being the TeamCity server name, of course).
Any hints?

Found it - it's an Eclipse update site URL, no zipped archive as I hoped.
