How-to run the task in TeamCity with parameters?

Hi,

I would like to set up the ANT task which will build new release our system by user request.

I need to pass some parameters to this task. Is it possible to do it from UI when I press the button "Start"?

Currently I think we need to write some plugin and run the task from dev machine remotely.

Does anybody have any ideas how we can do it.
