Do regular builds get precedence over pre-tested commit builds (developer builds)?
We would like non-developer builds to always happen before developer builds. Is this possible?

Currently TeamCIty treats all builds staying in queue as having the same priority, there is no difference whether build is personal or not. Please add your comments to this issue: http://jetbrains.net/tracker/issue/TW-5279
