Code Inspection not showing line number

I'm running a FxCop build configuration on a snapshop which includes dll's and pdb files. The code inspection works fine and report all the issues, but all the line numbers are set to 0 and are not possible to open in Visual Studio by clicking the link on the line number. What am I missing here?

As far as I known, to get actual line numbers and file names you need to run FxCop build on the same machine as your compilation build since FxCop will output file names only if they're present on the file system. Or you can run FxCop from your compilation build manually (FxCopCmd) and then import report file as described here

Ok, I got the line numbers. Had to deploy all source files as artifacts, not only the dll's and pdb files. Makes sense though.

The only thing not working now is the "Open in IDE" function by clicking the line number. Nothing happens. Team City VS plugin installed.

That's a bug. I filed the request: http://jetbrains.net/tracker/issue/TW-7055. Please watch/vote for it.

Issue was fixed in 4.0 branch (will be 4.0.3 sometime). You can download updated version of the addin right now from our ftp ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.1283517263/TeamCitySetup.4.0.32.0.msi

To make it accessible for all users of build server copy it to webapps/ROOT/update/vsAddinInstallerv4.msi, replacing existing file.
