Japanese characters in Teamcity Mac

Hi All,

I am using perforce+teamcity for my continuous integration in Macintosh. I have P4CHARSET environment variable set to utf8 in my system. I get the following error when teamcity tries to get the project sources corresponding to the file with filename in japanese.
jetbrains.buildServer.vcs.VcsException: Perforce problem: //depot/Platform/DistributedContent/UCF/Main/Projects/Test/inputs/data/office/當世界需要溝.doc#1 - no such file(s).

However, this works fine in windows environment .
Also I am able to get the file using perforce visual client in MAC.

Does anyone know how to overcome this problem?
