Eclipse Plugin for teamcity 4.5

I am very new to team city, I installed the plugin , however when i try to remote run, it keeps saying "No modifications found for remote run" . I was hoping to run the build on the CI server without checkin into the version control system. Is that not the way I need to use the eclipse integration for teamcity?

thanks!

What version control system do you use?

Hi Nandini,

It means the TeamCity plugin could not find changes in opened projects shared with supported eclipse's team providers. Read supported environment here: http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/TCD4/Eclipse+Plugin. You can check changes are visible for RemoteRun opening the "Remote Run" view (TeamCity main menu or general eclipse's action). Let us know if something wrong.

TIA,
Konstantin

We have subclipse 1.6. I do see changes in the remoteview. It shows that the remoteFile (base) has no information of the fil and the local file (Working) has data in the difference view. But when i execute remoteRun , there are no differences exception. It looks like it finds the differences, but why is the remote file blank , local file has data, even when i did the first checkout into my workspace?

When would 1.6 subversion be supported?

thanks!

We have an opened issue http://jetbrains.net/tracker/oldIssue/TW-7791 in our tracker and you can watch progress. The issue's source is a new(10) working copy format that is not supported by bundled SvnKit library. A new SvnKit 1.3 (includes svn 1.6 functionality) will be released soon and bundled into TC plugin for Eclipse ASAP. You can get a WC in previous(9) format and use existing TC plugin also(hint: do clean checkout using by subclipse 1.5 team provider or using existing one with appropriate svn connector 1.5 version).

Hi

We are planning upgrading to Subversion 1.6 so I am curious if you have any timeestimate on when we can expect an update for SVN 1.6?

Thanks for an otherwise great product
