Can I configure logging without using vm system parameters?
[This isn't specifically an EAP question but this was the only TeamCity-
related newsgroup I could find on the NNTP server.]
I've recently installed TeamCity 4.5.2 into an existing Tomcat 6.0.20
installation that's already running other webapps. The TeamCity
installation doc tells me to set -Dlog4j.configuration=... to configure
log4j for TeamCity. However, doing this prevents log4j from using the
per-context log4j.properties files included in the other webapps.
Since deployment to an existing container is explicitly supported, I'm
hoping that I'm simply overlooking a way to configure TeamCity's logging
without affecting other contexts. Any suggestions?
Thanks.
