command line tool for starting a remote run

Hi, we have started to use Team City at work and I really like it.  One thing that I have not found is a command line tool for sending in remote runs. (I see them for eclipse, and intellij and other IDE's)

The useage would be:

create a patch file using svn
submit that patch file to our team-city server via the command line.

If this tool does not exist I would be happy to write it myself, I just need to know the API for sending in remote runs.

Does anyone know of a tool that does this?
