Increasing project levels and UI enhancements

I am using 4.5.5 Enterprise and have the following question about potential enhancement for TC 5.

Currently there is only 2 levels of organising projects & builds.

Project A
- Build 1
- Build 2
Project B
-Build 1
-Build 2

On the main screen these cannot be collapsed beyond the build detail level.
I already have > 50 projects so the main screen is becoming unmanageable.

REQUEST 1:
My first request would be to collapse the Projects down to single items
e.g.
Project A (2 builds, 1 failing)
Project B (2 builds)

REQUEST 2:
Second request would be to add an additional level. Most of our builds needs to be compiled and tested on multiple platforms.
Currently i can only have:
Project A
- Build 1 for windows
- Build 1 for linux
- Build 2 for windows
- Build 2 for linux
Project B
- Build 1 for windows
- Build 1 for linux
- Build 2 for windows
- Build 2 for linux

I would like

Project A
-windows
   -build 1
   -build 2
-linux
   -build 1
   -build 2

Project B
-windows
   -build 1
   -build 2
-linux
   -build 1
   -build 2

And then be able to collapse the subcomponents
e.g.
Project B
+windows (2 builds)
-linux
   -build 1
   -build 2

REQUEST 3:
Ability to set background colours for projects.
Currently if there is > 50 or so items in the build queue it is difficult to find items to move around or get an idea when the dependencies be build.
It would be very useful to be able set a colour marker,background or visual indicator agains a project and then have this shown in the build queue,main screen etc.
