Question about Remote Run

I'd like to create a Custom Tool for perforce's P4V application that would allow me to remote run a changelist from within that environment.  I think it should be fairly straightforward, if I could just get information on the API to actually "send" the changed files to TeamCity as well as trigger off a build.  This would be run from a commandline (MacOS).

Basically, I am able to get a list of all changed files for a given changelist...I'd like to upload those to TC and do a personal build.  Is that possible?

Thanks!

Command line tool for remote runs is currently in development. Actually it is already available to download (see last EAP) but has some rough edges. You should probably wait till the next EAP - because we plan to improve its usability.

How do I access the EAP?

Latest EAP can be obtained from this page: http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/TW/TeamCity+EAP

It would be better to wait till we made improvements in the command line tool. Right now it is not very usable.

If you still want to try it you can get it from here: http://teamcity.jetbrains.com/viewLog.html?buildId=24785&buildTypeId=bt161&tab=artifacts
HOWTO on command line tool usage is available too: http://svn.jetbrains.org/teamcity/plugins/commandline/trunk/command.line/HOWTO

OK - I can wait until the next EAP...

One other question:  Will the command line from the EAP (or the next EAP) work with the current version of the server? (4.5)

Thanks again!

Most likely the upgrade to 5.0 will be required.
