Unable to setup new VCS Root

Hello:

I am trying to setup a new (first) VCS Root and I get the following error:

org.netbeans.lib.cvsclient.connection.UnknownUserException: Wrong password or unknown user.

I am using CVS and the CVS root I am using is :pserver:rross67@emisview.cvs.sourceforge.net:/cvsroot/emisview

I know that the username rross67 is correct and I have verified the password, so I am stumped. I use them both in my IDE and they work fine. The only other information I am enterying on the page (other than the name of the VCS Root) is the password, which I have verified, and the module name. The module name may not be correct, but that's another story I would think. What am I missing?
