Prevent two different build projects from running at the same time

Hey guys,

Do any of you know if there is a way to preven two different build projects from running at the same time.  Say you have BuildA and BuildB if BuildA is running and BuildB is triggered is there a way for it to wait until BuildA is done so they don't run at the same time.  I know if you put them both on the same build agent you can do this but if they are on separate build machines does TeamCity support this?  It's almost like there would be a constraint setting for BuildB that if BuildA is running wait in the queue and vice versa.  Any ideas would help.

Thanks,
Jay

There is a plugin which can be useful: http://www.jetbrains.net/confluence/display/TW/Groovy+plug
See read / write locks section.
