Is it possible to edit the statements that go into a build's Full Log

I am looking for a way to remove the bracketed information that begins every line in the Full Log, for a build.  The reason is that it fills the screen with information that developers don't need to look for.  What they are looking for comes after.

The section I would like to be able to remove or cut down are things like this:
[Project "Broadway.Client.proj.teamcity.patch.tcprojx" (default targets):]
[Project "Broadway.Database.proj.teamcity.patch.tcprojx" (default targets):]
