VCS id not translated to TeamCity Full Name in Changesets

Sorry if this has been asked/answered before, couldn't find it.  I noticed that when I look at changes for a given build, I see the VCS id instead of the TeamCity user name associated with that id.  Is there a reason why the translation doesn't happen for the authors of each change?  It highlights my changes, so I know it can see the mapping of the VCS username to my TeamCity account, but still has the VCS username instead of the TeamCity full name.  Thanks.
