Help Troubleshooting Remote Connectivity Issues

Hi, I am by no means a TeamCity expert, but have joined a project using TeamCity Professional v. 4.0.2 (build 8222).  The team went on vacation for the most part over the Christmas holiday, and when we came back, we cannot connect to our TeamCity install remotely (tray notifier, URL to the Projects Page, etc).  When I log into the build machine (I am an admin) I can connect in IE using localhost url to see the Projects page.  Can anyone help me track down why our remote connectivity has stopped?

FYI, it looks like it was either a policy change, or Windows Update patch initiated by our network guys that enabled the Windows Firewall, causing the port to be denied.  We fixed it.
