"Configuration problems found (view details)" message doesn't disappear

We are using TeamCity 5.0.1.
The build has failed because of connectivity issues to the source control, and
right after that a red "Configuration problems found (view details)" message has appeared next to the build configuration, at the projects page.
The next build has passed, but the message stays (see attached file).

How can I remove this message?

10x,
Alex

Thank you for your reply.
Usually these kind of errors are caused by communications problems when accessing to the source server,
or nout enough disk space (in this case).

There are 2 error messages.

1. In the "Projects" page:
Failed for the root '$/QualiSystems/Branches/4.1' #8: org.apache.catalina.connector.ClientAbortException.

2. In the build log:
[Updating sources: server side checkout...] Will perform clean checkout. Reason: Agent doesn't have any version of the project sources
[Updating sources: server side checkout...] Failed to build patch for build 5 VCS root: ... due to error: java.io.IOException: There is not enough space on the disk
[Updating sources: server side checkout...] Problem while loading patch data stream: Read timed out

The question is:

After solving this problem, how do I get the red "Configuration problems found (view details)" message to disappear?

Thanks,
Alex

Hello, Alex

Unfortunately the only way to get rid of not cleared configuration problems is restarting the server. Sorry for inconvenience. We'll try to fix it ASAP.
Please watch http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/TW-10945.
