Hi Dave,

This might be the issue with authentication to Jira server, or a configuration problem. What Jira version do you use? Do you provide credentials to Jira in TeamCity, or leave it empty?
Could you please enable debug logging and attach it? It should contain exception stacktrace of the failure.

Maxim,

I added my personal JIRA credentials in TeamCity's Issue Tracker page & now the issue summaries display properly. When I originally set it up & tested connectivity to JIRA, the test failed but the links worked. So, I ignored the test failure. I just entered & stored my personal credentials on TeamCity's Issue Tracker page, the issue summaries now properly display.  Thanks.
