Error collecting changes for VCS

Hello ,

We have Teamcity server 4.5.4 .

Please , there has been a repeated issues with the agents (making an assumption that it is the agents misbehaving) on one 2 agents

currently, on this machine , the project is hung at the "check for changes" step. yet, I can go into the

VCS configuration, and test the connection, and all is well.
We restart the TC server and agents but we still get this errors

Please do you have any idea about this issue
