TeamCity Build Server problem and overview.html

Hi,    We had a power outage and when we finally brought the teamcity server back up we could not get to the build server in the normal mode of

http://tnw2s-build

this would cause the default web site setup in IIS to show the under construction page.

if we went to the URL

http://tnw2s-build/overview.html   

then this would work.

I cant find an overview.html page so I am not certain what is happening.

Anybody have any ideas?
