Running TeamCity inside Windows 2008 64-bit server VM: TFS VCS

Hi All,

I'm trying to get TeamCity 4.5.4 to run inside a Windows 2008 64-bit server in a VMware VM.  TC runs, but after a few minutes it start throwing exceptions with it is check TFS for changes in the source repository.  Below is the Windows even viewer errors:

Faulting application TC-TFS-NATIVE-1270838628755.exe, version 4.0.258.258, time stamp 0x4a546514, faulting module mscorwks.dll, version 2.0.50727.4016, time stamp 0x49cc5b00, exception code 0xc0000005, fault offset 0x0000c222, process id 0x%9, application start time 0x%10.

and:

.NET Runtime version 2.0.50727.4016 - Fatal Execution Engine Error (71B47A3E) (80131506)

Any thoughts, suggestions?

Could you please enable .NET Framework in the server options.
Do you use TFS?

Yes we are using TFS and I just enabled .Net on the server.

I'm going to start running some tests now.

We are getting the same exceptions/errors on the box as previously posted.

You need to install Team Explorer for each build agent if you want to use TFS checkout on agent feature. Otherwise those errors should not be an issue for you. I'll improve presentation of those errors.
Please attach a sample of the error.
