Personal builds, Maven and snapshot dependencies

Hi all,
I have a configuration with some maven projects, all of them having the         Enable triggering when any of the Maven project's SNAPSHOT dependencies is updated option enabled. It works fine, whenever one project deploys an artifact to the nexus, TC triggers the dependent builds.

Anyhow, this doesn't happen for personal build: a personal build on project A, even if successfull (and so A.jar is deployed on Nexus), it's not triggering the dependent B, C (an dso on) builds. Is there any way to achieve it? The basic idea is: I'd like to have a sort of "preview" about my changes, to understand if it's going to impact or not other projects.

Thanks

Hello,

If your personal build deploys artifacts to the same repository the dependent projects look at, it should work just fine simply because the artifact trigger doesn't distinguish how and from what source an artifact is updated. You can even manually upload an artifact to the repository using its web interface or any other means and this should trigger a build, unless the uploaded content doesn't differ from the previous version.

Please check that your personal build deploys artifacts exactly to the same repository.

Hi Sergey,
then I think there's a problem. The builds are triggered flawlessy in the standard case, but not for the personal build. Please note that I had set the repository checking interval to 60 seconds.
Please let me know.

Thanks
