Notifications not working as expected for 5.1.1
I upgraded from TC 4.5.4 to 5.1.1
Now Notifications for 'The Build fails' ..

| L :: Canary L :: Network |

Always send email notifications.
This is the first rule and the only rule for L::Canary and L::Network
I have tried changing the rules, splitting them and modifying them from first fail, first succeed, etc...many combinations.
There is no one marked as responsible for failures etc...
I have rebooted the Windows server also.
Are there any other suggestions ?

User error.
I had an alternate group set to recieve notifucations for all builds.
