Error downloading artifacts containing '#' character.

Hello,

I get an exception on dependencies artifact download. What I see is that this artifact contains '#' in it's file name. Does Teamcity support '#' character in a file name? What can I do to solve this?

I have found info about this in Teamcity agent logs. Nothing in server log files.
