Email Notifications
Is there a way to send email notifications to all users in case of failed builds without going into each user's acccount and setting them up with notifications. Thanks!

In the administration area you can set default behaviour for all users (or groups of users).
Goto this page:
Administration -> Users and groups -> Groups -> All users (or whichever group you want)
then select the notification tab to configure the defaults
