Git Plugin: Checkout tag instead branch

Hi.
i use teamcity version 4.5.1 with the git plugin. if i configure a new VCS ROOT i can only configure the clone url and a branch name. but i cant configure a tag name.
is it possible to checkout a specified tag instead of a branch?
