Subversion checkout and replace keywords?

I have a class stored in a Subversion repository that has a line in it as follows:

public final static String REV = "$Revision: 405 $";

The file also has the svn:keywords set with various keywords and in my /root/.subversion/config I have auto props enabled. On my local copy, I see a revision number in there just fine. However, when TeamWare checks out the file, it just shows as $Revision$. Is there something I'm missing about having it insert the revision number it last changed or is this a bug in Subversion client within TeamServer?
