Wondering if its possible to trigger a build on all agents?

The build trigger functionality is great. Wondering if I can set up a vcs trigger that triggers a build of a configuration on all of my agents?
One more thing, is it possible to set a trigger to run a configuration on given agent? Like, if I want a trigger to only run on "Agent027" can i make it so without settings system variables?
