New teamcity build agent in different network cannot register with server

New teamcity build agent in different network cannot register with server


We have tried multiple reinstalls etc to no avail. We are able to access the web ui on the new agent box.
We have also tried setting the ownAddress property to both the internal network ip as well as the public ip..

Attached are relevent logs (debug has been set on the server and the agent)

Hello Raoul,

Can you please check that you can access TeamCity agent form the server machine? Do you have any proxies/firewall configured?

If it's not help please attach all server and agent logs and describe network topology.
