E:Mail Keeps Turning off (Pause Notifier keeps getting checked)

For some reason teamcity randomly disables e-mail notification on our server. When I check the server config in teamcity the pause notifier checkbox keeps getting re-checked even though i uncheck it over and over again.

It is not an email problem because I am always able to send test emails without issues.
