Restarting TeamCity re-clones all my VCS roots??
Considering that we have about 500 mercurial repos used as VCS roots, that is serious fail.
Is it supposed to do that, or is that somehow configurable?

It would appear that this was the result of a dirty shutdown.
Apparently, there seems to be a slow file descriptor leak.
