Support for perforce job as to track issues

Suppose I have JIRA project FOO (actual issue tracking does not matter) and perforce as vcs. Teamcity links JIRA issues to p4 changelists by scrapping FOO-nnn out of changelist comment. While 'perforce way' of doing this is a bit different: There's a separate entity - perforce job which has many-to-many relationship with changelist. Normally p4 jobs are created automatically when issue is created in jira, job name == jira key. Changelists then have particular jobs attached.   Does teamcity support this? Now or in the future? Thanks
