Clearcase configuration question

Hi,

I'm trying to setup TeamCity/Clearcase project for continious  builds.

Here is the environment:

1) TeamCity Server is running on Linux.
2) Clearcase Server is running on Linux.
3) Builds on windows should run in  a snapshot view.

Current setup for test project:
1) Created dynamic view on the server for polling changes.
2) Created snapshot view on Windows machine and installed teamcity agent.

Questions:
1) Should I select Server side checkout, Client side checkout or Don't checkout option?
2) Can I specify TeamCity to look for changes in a specific brach for different vobs? If yes, how should I do this?
