Swabra with personal builds (TW-15343)?

I have an open issue (http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/TW-15343) related to difficulties getting Swabra to work correctly when using personal builds.

I would be interested to know if anyone else has tried these two features in combination; I'm a bit worried that the core of the issue may be misconfiguration on my part.
