How to setup an admin account

I've installed v6.0.3, i can register a user account via the web ui and login, however how do i create an admin account?

Hi Sean

The first account you create after setup should get admin rights automatically.
Additional accounts can be created at Administration -> Users and Groups page. Then accounts can be promoted by assigning System Administrator role to them.
