Specifying TFS not at site root

Hi,

We are running Team City Version 5.0.1 and are trying to figure out how to specify a TFS location in the format http://server:port/subpath. The problem is that the VCS Root settings page makes you specify the port and server seperately so you can't have a url like this.

Does anyone know how I can get around this issue?
