What is going on with our Teamcity agent?

We're running 5.1.4, nothing has changed for the project configuration but several of our builds are now hanging. The only way to stop them is to issue a shutdown command and then the `./agent.sh stop kill` command to actually kill the agents. The only error I see is in teamcity-build.log below, any ideas?

Here is the log file. I also have a ticket open: http://youtrack.jetbrains.net/issue/TW-16855

Would it be easier to post everything there?
