Can I move what I have set-up on TeamCity to another server?

Hi There,

I have downloaded and installed TeamCity. Have it up and running on my local machine. Now I have been given a new build server to install TeamCity and the projects I have built. So is it possible to copy the projects and get them up and running on the new instalation of TeamCity? Or can I just copy TeamCity "Lock Stock and Barrel" ?
