can't view Project I created and administer

I have System Administrator access for <All Projects>
I created a new project with restricted access to certain users (including me)
For the new project I also have Project Administrator, Configuration Administrator, Project Developer, and Project Viewer roles
I'm the only person who cannot see this new project in the Projects list.  I can administer it in the Administration tab.  I have checked "Configure Visible Projects" and do not have any hidden projects.

Any ideas what I'm missing?
