Problem with commit comment in TeamCity.

I have Mercurial repository in utf-8 encoding. All commit description save in utf-8. After attach repository to TeamCity in Comment for changeset i see:
И�правлена ошибка, из-за которой не �охран�л�� и�полнитель при назначении его в за�вке #PORT-6
for russian text. Please help resolve it problem.
