Building a specific project within a solution using MSBuild Runner

Using TeamCity Enterprise 5.1.4

I am using the MSBuild runner to build a solution.  This works fine.  But I can't figure out how to get a specific project and its dependencies within the solution built, rather than buiilding everything.

Any suggestions?
