Problem upgrading TeamCity 6.0.2 to 6.5.4

Hi

I am currently trying to upgrade a teamcity installation from 6.0.2 to 6.5.4. The database is an external Oracle Database.
I have installed teamcity war file into a tomcat application server.
I have created a brand new teamcity data directory with nothing in it.
I started the applciation server to expand the war file and this created the example files in the teamcity data directory.
I created a databse properties file to point at an external oracle database a copy of our production teamcity.
Removed the buildserver files from that were created when I first started team city.
Restarted application
Get the error  :TeamCity data format version mismatch: configuration version is 454 but database version is 418

How can I force teamcity to upgrade the database with the new objects?

Cheers

Ian

Why do you remove TeamCity Data directory? TeamCity need to access both parts of its configuration in data directory and SQL database.
Just start new version over the current configuration, and its schema will be upgraded automatically.

Thank you for getting back to me.
I discovered that our test system, which we trying the upgrade on first was not an exact copy of the production system.
Once I had figured this out I managed to upgrade with no problems.

Thank you once again for your reply
